Crow Wing County requires all collectors or haulers operating in Crow Wing County, to be licensed by the County through the Solid Waste Management Office. A hauler is defined as any person who owns, operates or leases vehicles for the purpose of collection and transportation of any type of solid waste.
To apply for a license please review the Solid Waste Haulers Manual, fill out the following forms and return to our office along with the $25 per vehicle application fee.
