Posted on: February 13, 2025[ARCHIVED] Avian Flu Confirmed in Poultry at Fort Ripley Farm
The USDA Nat'l Veterinary Laboratories confirmed a case of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) in poultry from samples taken at a farm in southern CWC. The site was quarantined and the 120 birds were depopulated to prevent the spread of the disease.
