Crow Wing County has entered into a contract with Anderson Brothers Construction for resurfacing and minor utility and concrete repairs on CSAH 3 (Mill Avenue) between TH 210 and the Mississippi River bridge. Work will begin the week of June 19, 2023 and be performed under traffic. From June 26 to June 28, Mill Avenue, including the bridge, will be closed to through traffic to allow the contractor to perform paving operations. A detour utilizing TH 210, Riverside Drive, Beaver Dam Road and Wise Road will be established.
