County maintenance crews will perform snow removal operations on CSAH 45 (13th St. Brainerd) and CSAH 66 in Crosslake on Monday and Wednesday.
County maintenance crews will perform snow removal operations on CSAH 20 (Riverside Drive, Brainerd) and CSAH 39 in Ideal Township on Wednesday.
County maintenance crews will perform snow removal operations on CSAH 48 (West Laurel St. Brainerd) on Wednesday & Thursday.
County crews will also be addressing snow banks along various guardrails and at various intersections to improve roadway sight distance throughout the week
Maintenance crews will be working behind the curb but may be working on one travel lane and shoulder simultaneously, creating the need to close one or more lanes of traffic. Signing, flaggers or portable traffic lights will control the traffic flow through these work areas.
County maintenance crews will be patching potholes on various county roads Thursday. Crews will be pulling over and stopping frequently on the shoulders of the roads, to perform the patching work. Loose patching material debris may be present.
County snowplows are ready and on standby in the event of significant rain or snowfall in Crow Wing County. We anticipate having to plow new snow on Tuesday and Friday.
Please remember to give yourself extra time to get to your destination and please give the plows plenty of room to work.
