[ARCHIVED] COUNTY HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES FOR THE WEEK OF – FEBRUARY 11, 2019

Traffic warning

County maintenance crews will perform plowing and snow removal operations throughout the week. On Thursday, February 14, crews will remove snow along CSAH 3 (Mill Ave.) from State Highway 210 to the Mill Ave. Bridge and on CSAH 45 (13th St.) from State Highway 210 to County Road 117 in Brainerd. The Highway Department asks that residents not park along these routes overnight on February 13.

Maintenance crews will be working on one travel lane and shoulder simultaneously, creating the need to close one or more lanes of traffic. Signing and flaggers will control the traffic flow through these work areas.

County snowplows are ready and on standby in the event of significant rain or snowfall in Crow Wing County. We anticipate having the snowplows out Monday, Tuesday and Friday for forecasted snowfall to affect Crow Wing County. Please remember to give yourself extra time to get to your destination and please give the plows plenty of room to work.

All maintenance work is weather sensitive and is subject to delay or change.

For further Information on the county highway system, or to report a roadway issue, please contact the Highway Department at (218) 824-1110 or visit our Crow Wing County website at http://www.crowwing.us.
