County maintenance
crews will begin crack sealing the below roads this week:
· CSAH 25, between TH
18 and TH 210 – Monday – Thursday
· CSAH 18, between TH
371 and Centennial Lane - Monday
· CR 112, between
CSAH 16 and TH 371 – Tuesday & Wednesday
· CSAH 17, between TH
371 and CR 17 – Wednesday & Thursday
· CSAH 23, between TH
18 and CSAH 24 – Thursday
County maintenancecrews will be repairing washouts behind the curb on CSAH 5 Wednesday.
County maintenance
crews will be working on one travel lane and shoulder simultaneously, creatingthe need to close one lane of traffic. Signing, flaggers or portable traffic
lights will control the traffic flow through these work areas.
County maintenancecrews will be patching potholes on various county roads throughout the week.
Crews will be pulling over and stopping frequently on the shoulders of theroads, to perform the patching work. Loose patching material debris may be
present.
Spring roadwaysweeping will continue on many roads throughout Crow Wing County.
Spring weight
limits are in effect on all Crow Wing County roads. The restrictions are ineffect to reduce roadway damage from heavy trucks during the spring thaw.
County snowplows
are ready and on standby in the event of significant rain/ice or snowfall.
