COUNTY HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES FOR THE WEEK OF – JUNE 19, 2017.
Maintenance crews will continue patching potholes on various county roads on Monday and Friday. Crews will be pulling over and stopping frequently on the shoulders of the roads, to perform the patching work. Loose patching material debris may be present.
County work crews will perform spray patching on CSAH 2 (east of CSAH 8) in Roosevelt Township during the week.
County Highway Maintenance Crews will be patching areas of CSAH 11 (east of TH 6), CSAH 1 (east of TH 6) and CSAH 39 in Ideal Township.
Maintenance work crews will be working on one travel lane and shoulder simultaneously, creating the need to close one lane of traffic. Signing, flaggers or portable traffic lights will control the traffic flow through these work areas.
County roadside mowing will continue on many county roads throughout the week.
Remaining contracted gravel dust control will take place on untreated gravel roads later in the week.
All maintenance work is weather sensitive and is subject to delay or change.
