Case Management Services
Case management services are available to children and adults with developmental disabilities, mental illness, brain inquires, etc.
The Developmental Disabilities Unit works collaboratively with other community partners such as education, vocation, mental health providers and public health services toward strengthening self-reliance and providing community supports for these individuals.
