You have the right to access Crow Wing County’s data under the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act MGDPA.All government data is treated as public data unless otherwise specified by another state or federal law. The public can view government data for free or obtain copies for a charge.
The MGDPA does not require that you submit any personal information, such as name or address when requesting data. However, Crow Wing County will need your email or phone number to contact you.
Please note that public records requests, and responses to those requests are also public records.
