Marriage certificates are on file only if the applicants applied for their marriage license in Crow Wing County, regardless of where the actual ceremony took place. If the application was made in another county, please contact that county to obtain a marriage certificate.

When requesting a marriage certificate by mail include:
- Appropriate fee for the marriage certificate(s)
- Date of marriage
- Full names of the applicants
- Your daytime phone number
- Your return address
Fees
The fee is $9 for each certified copy. Make checks payable to Crow Wing County Land Services. You may pay by personal check, or money order only when requesting by mail. We also accept cash, debit or credit cards at our counter.
